How to participate in a tender

The university leases its premises through open tenders: the participant offering the highest rate wins.

  1. Register

    Create a participant account - an email address is all you need.

  2. Prepare your application

    Study the announcement and tender documentation, and pay the guarantee fee - it equals the starting monthly rent.

  3. Submit before the deadline

    Applications are accepted strictly until the deadline stated in the announcement. Late submissions are rejected by the system.

  4. Take part in the bidding

    Qualified participants bid online with a bid step of at least 5%. The winner signs the lease agreement.
